These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Global Leaf Group CRM web application at globalleafcrm.com (the "Service"), operated by Global Leaf Group ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. New accounts may require administrator approval before access is granted. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We work to keep the Service available and performant, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Leaf Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a security or legal risk. On termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
